Collaboration with not only the contractor, but also landscape architects, cabinet makers, and millwork shops allow our projects to become the special homes our clients can enjoy for years to come.

In addition, the firm of Candace M.P. Smith Architect, P.C. has continued the tradition of community service first begun by Candace Smith in 2001. Each year the entire firm is dedicated to serve the United Way Day of Caring and has provided both labor and design skills for murals for school rooms and play grounds, as well as cabinet design and painting for nonprofit organizations in and around Charlottesville, Virginia.
